Price is for regular postage via Canpar. If you require Canada Post delivery, please proceed to checkout and note in the comments that you required Canada Post. Shipping delay within Canada with Canpar is 2-8 working days. All USA deliveries will be done using Canada Post/USPS.
Scrapbookquebec will not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Taxes:
All Oders within Quebec willl have 6% GST and 7.5% PST added to their order. If you are a Native Canadian residing in Quebec, please mark your tax except number in the comments box and no tax will be added to your order. All others Canadian province will have GST or HST added to their orders at checkout.
USA and International orders pay no taxes.

Customs and Duty
For shipments to destinations outside of Canada , you will be responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes that may be levied by your country, as well as any customs clearance and/or brokerage charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
All orders shipped by Scrapbook Quebec to destinations outside of Canada must contain a declaration as to the packages contents and value. If the order is a gift, it will be noted as such on the declaration, but the content and cost of the items must still be declared.
Undeliverable Packages
Where orders are marked "Return to Sender", unclaimed, or refused and returned without sufficient postage, Scrapmode must pay the return postage before the Post Office will release the package to us. In that event, you will be responsible for any additional fees levied. The additional charges will be deducted from your refund -- in addition to the original shipping and handling charges, unless an error was made on the part of Scrapmode -- before a credit is issued.
Returns Policy
No returns are accepted without authorization. Call 450-973-3373 to get an authorization number. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened items for full refund except the following items:
PAPER, CARDSTOCK, PENS, RIBBONS, MAGAZINES, and BOOKS.
Manufacturer’s defects must be reported to us within six months of receiving your order. Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement, please call for an authorization number. Defective product ordered from us that is over the six-month period is to be claimed from the manufacturer.
Will Shipping Charges Be Refunded?
The shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your order are not refundable, unless an error was made on the part of Scrapbook Quebec. If returning an item, you must do so at your own expense.
If a returned item is defective, Scrapbook Quebec will cover the shipping charges to send out a replacement. However, if you ordered the wrong item, or have simply had a change of heart and wish to exchange an item for something else, additional shipping charges as described in our Shipping section will apply.
Where Should I Send My Return?
Please write your reason for return on the back of the packing slip which accompanied your order (or a copy of it) and send it, together with the merchandise being returned to:

If you no longer have your packing slip, please write your name and order number on a separate piece of paper and include it, and the reasons for the return, in your package.
Scrapbook Quebec is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We therefore recommend that you pack the item well and return your merchandise with insurances.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Upon receipt of the return, we will process your refund and notify you by E-mail (if a valid E-mail address was supplied with your order) once done.
